Because this is such a beautiful chapel, there have been many weddings here, both Catholic and Protestant.
Parishioners of St. Paul the Apostle Chapel and their families have priority when scheduling weddings.
For Catholics from other parishes who wish to marry at St. Paul the Apostle Chapel, the bride and groom must be involved in a pre-marriage program at their parish and have written permission from their pastor to be married here.
Weddings for non-Catholics may also be held here, provided that the bride and groom bring in their own minister.
Catholics who wish to be married here must be free to be married in the Church (i.e., neither party has been married before or annulments have been obtained) and the Catholic party must show a readiness to practice his/her faith.
Catholic weddings require 6 months of sacramental preparation.
A marriage preparation course is offered to all prospective newlyweds.
Baptisms are held on a quarterly basis.
Parishioners who wish to have their children baptized here must attend classes with Father Rubén prior to the baptism.
Children of non-parishioners may be baptized here, provided that there is a family connection with a registered parishioner of St. Paul’s. Non-parishioners must bring a letter from their pastor, giving permission for Father Rubén to baptize their child. Parents must also show proof that they have attended baptismal classes at their parish.
At least one godparent/sponsor must be a practicing Catholic who has been confirmed.
In addition to its stunning main chapel, the complex also has a small chapel, an ecumenical library, a large meeting room, kitchen facilities, offices and priest's residence. All buildings are fully accessible to persons with disabilities.
